Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every order from PawsPlus. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email support@pawsplushop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions within 12 hours.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawsplushop.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used grooming tools and opened consumable items cannot be returned unless defective.
